Vision and Mission

Our Story

Sent Church was born out of a desire to establish a local church in Central Florida whose members would live as “sent” people. This idea of being sent is expressed often in the New Testament, namely when Jesus told his disciples in John 20:21,

...as the Father has sent me, even so I am sending you.

Living sent is about engaging with Christ on his mission and fulfilling the Great Commission to “go in to all the world and make disciples.”

Our Mission

We exist to glorify God and make disciples who make disciples.

Our Strategy

Our passion is to develop Christ followers who KNOW the gospel, LIVE the gospel and ADVANCE the gospel for the glory of God.

Our Vision

To be a sending church that advances the gospel through multiplying disciples and planting new churches in our region and supporting missions work around the world.
sent church vision 2021

In early 2016 we cast a vision to see at least 5 gospel-centered churches started in Northwest Seminole County and Southwest Volusia County by the year 2021. This region encompasses 5 cities and a population of over 200,000 people. We want to be part of saturating this region with the good news of Jesus through church plants, church partnerships and City Groups.
