Our weekend service starts at 11AM and the time leading up to the start of the service is spent sipping coffee, catching up with friends and meeting new people.
Our worship team leads the congregation in songs at the start of the service and following the sermon. Song lyrics are projected so you can participate if you would like to.
The sermon is based on the Bible and is designed to help us understand God and to grow as Christ followers. We mainly teach through books of the Bible but the message series are crafted so that you can jump in at any time and not feel like you missed out. You can listen to previous sermons HERE.
After the sermon we enter into a time of communion to thank God and remind ourselves of our love and need for Jesus Christ. Instructions are given for this portion and all Christ followers and their believing children are invited to participate. As an act of worship, giving is encouraged during the offering. As our guest there is no pressure for you to give. We are here to serve you. If you would like to participate, giving is easy, you can do it online or via text.
Our services last around 80 minutes and many stay after the service to talk and go have lunch together.
For the time being, kids will be in the service with their family.
We are continuing to assess how to safely open our kid’s ministry and hope to do that soon. We have coloring sheets and snacks for your kids that are available at the back of the worship space. We love having kids in the service!
Children are very important to us. Partnering with parents in the spiritual development of their children is something that we count as a privilege. We have childcare for infants, toddlers and children grades K-3 with an amazing team of children’s workers. Sign up for Sent Kids is in the Kid’s Club room at the Y. A host team member can direct you.
On the last Sunday of each month our K-3 grade children join their parents in the service. We strongly value intergenerational worship and love having our children in the service. We provide handouts for the children to follow along with the sermon.
